• The name of the web site: in this case, "XXXLouise".
• IMPORTANT! Your email address (so we can notify you when your membership is activated).
• A user name and a password of your choice. Each must be 10 characters long, if you don't choose one we will give you one.
  These will become your user name and password to access the site when we set up your membership. (If your desired username is already used by someone else, we'll vary it automatically and give you the new details in our confirmatory email.)

Cheques, etc, must be payable to Louise.

Please note that cash payments are sent at your own risk. I am always prompt in setting up memberships once the mail reaches me. If, however, you do not receive a confirmation of membership from me within a reasonable time, please contact me.
